Jane Thomas is a fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development FCIPD with over 30 years’ HR experience in a wide range of industries, including the highly regulated food industry.
With extensive experience of all aspects of HR Jane has a practical, understanding and hands on approach. She is particularly skilled at understanding complex people issues, identifying the simplest and most effective solutions for all parties.
In 2012 Jane became an independent HR Consultant setting up J D Thomas HR Consultancy. She has worked with small to medium size businesses throughout South Wales and Herefordshire.
Highly regarded by her clients she has established long term relationships, allowing her to understand their business needs and work in partnership, finding timely and cost effective solutions to their people issues.
